Reports (Performance, Perks, Service Awards)

The Reports page (click the Analysis tab and select Reports) provides access to a number of activity reports:

  • Team Performance - Analyse the performance of your individual manager teams (# of employees, % registered, % logged in, # of Recognitions given/received, # of financial recognitions received)
  • Manager Performance - Analyse your individual managers' performance (registered date, last login date, # recognitions given, # social interactions have they made, # outstanding actions)
  • Top Performers - Analyse who are your top performing employees based on the number of recognitions given and received
  • Perks Awarded - Details every Perk awarded, to whom, and status breakdown
  • Perks Usage - Lists which Perks have been awarded and status breakdown
  • Upcoming Service Awards - List of future Service Awards for up to 1 year

 

Good to know

  • It can take up to 5 minutes to generate a report - you can leave and come back later to download
  • Download Previously Generated lists all generated reports available for download
  • Technical User role Admins cannot access reports
  • Only the features currently enabled will have reports
  • You can download previously generated reports

 

How to generate a report

  1. Login to your Administrator account
  2. Click the Analysis tab and select Reports
  3. Click the desired report from the left navigation menu
  4. Select time period (month, quarter, custom)
  5. Click Submit
  6. The generated report will appear on the Download Previously Generated page
    Note: It can take up to 5 minutes to generate the report and the Download button to appear
  7. Click the Download button

 

Reports explained

  • Team Performance
    • Can be run for previous months, quarters or any date range up to a maximum of a year
    • Shows each team, who the manager is, % registered, recognitions given and received
    • Useful to identify teams who are highly or poorly engaged in the process
    • Our advice is to focus on manager performance first, then when that activity is good, move to the team report
  • Manager Performance
    • Can be run for previous months, quarters or any date range up to a maximum of a year
    • Lists every manager, have their registered, last login, how many recognitions given, how many recognitions to their team, social interactions and outstanding actions
    • Target 100% registered for online, 85% offline (do not have a company email address)
    • Target 75% logging in each month for online, 50% for offline
    • Target 50% giving recognition each month for online, 40% for offline
    • Ensure there aren’t managers with lots of action outstanding
  • Top performers
    • Can be run for previous months, quarters or any date range up to a maximum of a year
    • Lists all employees with a count of the number of recognitions given and received in the period
    • Useful if you want to recognise or reward your top people
  • Perks Awarded - By Date Awarded
    • Can be run for previous months, quarters or any date range up to a maximum of a year
    • Lists every Perk given, when, to who, expiry date, status, date redeemed
    • Useful to track redemptions - you could send targeted comms out to employees to make sure they redeem the Perk in time
  • Perks Awarded - By Date Redeemed
    • Can be run for previous months, quarters or any date range up to a maximum of a year. List every Perk redeemed, when, by who, what Perk and any extra details like date requested
    • Useful if time off needs to be recorded, or something need to be organised
  • Perks Usage
    • Can be run for previous months, quarters or any date range up to a maximum of a year
    • Details total perks issued, redeemed, expired, active
    • Great for analysing which perks are most popular
  • Upcoming Service Awards
    • Any date range up to a maximum of a year
    • List any upcoming service awards that will be recognised, with full details of who, when, what level and what reward
  • Service Awards History
    • Any date range up to a maximum of a year
    • List any previously recognised service awards, with full details of who, when, what level and what reward
