The Partner Appreciation add-on lets your customers/clients/partners recognize your employees with their own wall posts. Each employee is assigned their own unique Uniform Resource Locator (URL) that provides a simple form for their customers to submit partner appreciations that post to the wall.
The unique URL can be shared in various ways:
- Email signatures - Ask IT to embed the link into employees’ email signatures
- Support ticketing systems - Embed the link into ticketing systems, or the review survey after closing the ticket
- QR codes - Create QR (Quick Response) codes for employee’s name badges or employee bio page on company web site or add to any printed collateral
- Survey completion pages - After external partners complete a feedback survey, direct them to the URL to show appreciation for specific employees
- Employees - Distribute the URL to you employees for them to gather appreciation
