This will prevent any of your employees from logging in.
Good to know
- This should only be used if you want to temporarily suspend your program, as it does not affect your license charges
- If you want to permanently close your program, please contact your account manager
How to disable login
- Login to your Administrator account
- Click the Employees tab
- Click the Settings cogwheel
- Click the 3-dot ellipsis
- Then select Disable Login
- Click Confirm
Follow the same steps to Re-enable Login
