How to check if an employee has received a specific email

If an employee says an email has not arrived (e.g. password reset), you can check their email log:

  1. Login to the Administrator portal

  2. Click the Employees tab
  3. Search for the employee

  4. Click the 3-dot ellipsis, then select View

  5. Click the Logs tab, then select Emails
  6. Look for the appropriate email (e.g. "Password Reset")

  7. Review the "Status" and or view the log for delivery details.
