If an employee says an email has not arrived (e.g. password reset), you can check their email log:
Login to the Administrator portal
- Click the Employees tab
Search for the employee
Click the 3-dot ellipsis, then select View
- Click the Logs tab, then select Emails
Look for the appropriate email (e.g. "Password Reset")
Review the "Status" and or view the log for delivery details.
