If you work directly with Workstars you should:

• login to this portal and open a new ticket
• login to your administration portal and click Need Help? in the top right
• contact your account manager

I am a Customer of one of Workstar's resellers

If you are a customer of one of our resellers you should:

• login to your administration portal and click Need Help? in the top right
• contact your account manager

I am an Employee looking for help

The person/team that you will need to contact depends on several factors and the nature of your enquiry.

To find the correct contact please login to your program and click Need Help? in the top right and then select from the list of contacts.
