If Printed Recognitions are enabled in your program, any Recognition Giver can print a copy of the Recognition (only once) at the time they are creating and posting the Recognition.
If a Printed Recognition is needed after the Recognition has been posted to the wall, only an account Administrator can reprint a copy of the Recognition.
How to reprint a Recognition after it has been posted to the wall
- Login to your Administrator account
- Click the Recognition tab
- Locate the Recognition you want to print
- Click View
- Click the 3 dots to the top right
- Select Print Certificate
