There are multiple ways to import employee data from your HRIS system to the recognition program.
Manage employees manually
You can manage employee data manually, adding employees into the program one at a time or create a CSV data file to manually upload employees in bulk.
This method eliminates IT setup, but requires ongoing manual work to keep the data up to date, and is therefore not recommended for programs with more than 250 employees.
Automatically sync employee data from your HR system
You can use one of our HR Data Sync processes to sync your employee data.
This allows your technical team to automate a regular sync between your HR/IS system and the recognition program, reducing the amount of manual work you have to do to keep your data up to date. Recommended for programs with more than 250 employees.
