How to pin a Recognition to the Wall

Any Recognition or Service Award can be pinned to the top of the Wall feed for 5 days, which gives that post exposure to more employees. 

Note: Pinned Recognitions do not Pin to Workstars TV or in any of our social chat integrations.  They only Pin to the Wall.

How to Pin a Recognition to the Wall

1. Login to your Administrator account
2. Click the Wall tab
3. Locate the Recognition you want to Pin to the top of the Wall for 5 days
4. Click the 3 dots to the right of the Recognition
5. Select Pin to Wall

• The Recognition will remain Pinned at the top of the Wall feed for 5 days, then will automatically scroll down the Wall like any other Recognition
• To Unpin from Wall prior to 5 days, follow same steps, but select Unpin from Wall in Step 5
