How to pin a recognition to the wall

Any recognition or service award can be pinned to the top of the wall feed for 5 days, which gives that post exposure to more employees. 

Note

Pinned recognitions do not pin to Workstars TV or in any of our social chat integrations - they only pin to the wall

 

How to pin a recognition to the wall

  1. Login to your Administrator account
  2. Click the Wall tab
  3. Locate the Recognition you want to pin to the top of the wall for 5 days
  4. Click the 3-dot ellipsis to the right of the recognition
  5. Select Pin to Wall

Good to know

  • The recognition will remain pinned at the top of the wall feed for 5 days, then will automatically scroll down the wall like any other recognition
  • To unpin from wall prior to 5 days, follow same steps, but select Unpin from Wall in Step 5
