If your Recognition program includes your own company reward catalog, you can stock it with SWAG/Logo merchandise or other unique items like charity donations, pre-paid gift cards that you manage outside of the program, tickets to special events, etc, that your employees can purchase using their Reward balance.
Good to know
- You will need to manually process Redemption orders on a regular basis (ex. Weekly)
- Note that the Administrator Dashboard will show a Queued Orders to Process notification
- When you process the orders in the Administration system, they will be flagged as Downloaded. No other action will happen in the Recognition program. It is then your responsibility to follow through with fulfilling the orders using whatever process your company uses for your reward catalog items.
How to process SWAG Catalog orders
- Login to your Administrator account
- Click Redeem tab, select Your Orders
- Click Process Orders, select Catalog
- A CSV file will automatically download
- Fulfil the SWAG Orders listed in the CSV orders file using whatever process your company uses for your reward catalog items
NOTE: No other action will happen in the Recognition program. It is your responsibility to fulfil the order
How to cancel an order
- Login to your Administrator account
- Click Redeem tab, select Your Orders
- Click View button to the right of the order you want to cancel
- Click 3 dots in top right corner of the order, select Cancel Order
- In the popup, click Confirm to cancel the order
Note: This will automatically credit the value back to the employee's balance and the Orders Status will change to Cancelled
