Recognition settings and company values

There are four tabs of settings that control how recognitions will look (ex. max/min text, GIFs, pics) on the wall, what your company values are, and what reward options will be available (financial reward and/or perk, if enabled), for your recognition program.

Good to know

  • If Printed Recognitions are enabled, the recognition wall post can be delayed for up to 5 days and NO notification email will be sent to the recipient, so it is important that the recognition giver hands the printed recognition to the recipient prior to or on the day that it posts to the wall
  • If you are using financial rewards alongside recognitions, there are additional recognition settings related to budgets that require assistance from your account manager to change, for example, budget period and who can a budget holder recognize financially

 

How to configure recognition settings and company values

  1. Login to your Administrator account
  2. Click the Recognition tab
  3. Click the Settings cogwheel near top right corner
  4. Follow the Wizard through the four tabs (Settings, Content, Company Values, Rewards)
  5. Click Save

Good to know

  • Each company value needs to be individually enabled for financial reward, perk reward, both, or none
  • You can have multiple reward denominations for the recognition initiator to choose from (ex 5, 10, 25, 50, 100, 250), however, they will only be able to see the denominations that their current budget can afford (ex 5 and 10 if their current budget is 18)
