How to relaunch the recognition program

This will set your program back to the pre-launched status. You can later use the Launch button on the home page to relaunch it.

This is useful in case you've accidentally launched the program too soon, or you want to purge employee data, or you want to relaunch the program with modified settings, configurations, branding, etc.

Good to know

  • This will not change any other settings or remove any data (e.g. employees, budgets, balances, etc.)
  • This does not affect your license charges
  • Employees will not be able to login while in pre-launch status
  • System generated wall posts will not be posted while in pre-launch status
  • System generated emails will not be sent while in pre-launch status

How to relaunch the recognition program

  1. Login to your Administrator account
  2. Click the Employees tab
  3. Click the Settings cogwheel
  4. Click the 3-dot ellipsis
  5. Then select Relaunch Program
  6. Click Confirm
  7. The platform is now in pre-launch state
  8. When you are ready to relaunch, click the Launch button on the home page

Good to know

  • Invitation emails will be sent to employees who are NOT already registered
  • After relaunch, employees will be able to login using the same credentials they used before
  • System generated wall posts will resume on schedule, but wall posts that were suspended will NOT be posted
  • System generated emails will resume on schedule, but emails that were suspended will NOT be sent
