How to purge employee data

This will remove ALL employee and position data, including any budget, balance, recognition and reward history. It will not remove any system settings or configurations.

Note

  • You can only purge data when the recognition program is in a pre-launched state
  • Follow How to relaunch the recognition program to set your program back to the pre-launched status before attempting to purge data

How to purge employee data

Warning!

  • This will permanently erase all employee data
  • There is no un-do
  1. Login to your Administrator account
  2. Click the Employees tab
  3. Click the Settings cogwheel
  4. Click the 3-dot ellipsis
  5. Then select Purge Employee Data
  6. Carefully read warning
  7. Type purge data in the box
  8. Click Confirm
