If the Service Award add-on is enabled for your recognition program, any admin can view/print upcoming or past service awards, as well as generate upcoming and past service award reports.
How to print a service award
- Login to your Administrator account
- Click Employees tab
- Locate the employee that you want to print a service award for
- Click the 3-dot ellipsis and select View to view the employee’s account details
- Note the manager’s name, as you will need to login as the manager to reprint the service award

Login as their manager
- EITHER go back to the employee list (step 2) and locate the manager by name and click the 3-dot ellipsis
- OR click the 3-dot ellipsis in the employee's profile and select View in Hierarchy and then click on the manager’s box in the hierarchy tree
- While on the manager's profile, click the click the 3-dot ellipsis and select Login to impersonate the manager
- Click My Team
- Click the employee that you want to print the service award for
- Click Service Awards tab
- Click Print button to the right of the service award
