How to remove a Recognition from the Wall

On rare occasions you may have a need to manually remove a Recognition from the Wall.

 

Good to know

  • Removing a Recognition from the Wall does not delete the Recognition from the system
  • Removing a Recognition from the Wall does not cancel any attached Financial or Perk Reward

 

How to remove a Recognition from the Wall

  1. Login to your Administrator account
  2. Click the Wall tab
  3. Locate the Recognition you want to remove
  4. Click the 3 dots to the right of the Recognition, select Remove
  5. Click Confirm
    Note: Removing a Recognition from the Wall does not delete the Recognition from the system
