Service award reports

If the Service Awards add-on is enabled for recognizing employee employment anniversaries/milestones, an admin can view upcoming services awards online or generate reports covering up to 12 months.

How to view all upcoming service awards online

1. Login to your Administrator account
2. Click the Add-Ons tab, select Service Awards

How to generate an upcoming service awards report covering up to 12 months in the future

1. Login to your Administrator account
2. Click the Analysis tab, select Reports
3. Click Upcoming Service Awards in the left nav menu
4. Set Start and End dates (maximum 12 months out)
5. Click Submit, the report will generate within seconds
6. Click Download

How to generate a service award history report covering up to 12 months in the past

1. Login to your Administrator account
2. Click the Analysis tab, select Reports
3. Click Service Award History in the left nav menu
4. Set Start and End dates (maximum 12 months back)
5. Click Submit, the report will generate within seconds
6. Click Download
