If you have employees located in multiple countries and are using financial rewards, Point Conversion Rates will be set to account for exchanges rates.
If you are enabling and configuring a redemption card, company reward/swag catalog, or payroll transfer for a country and the point conversion rate is not already setup for you, contact your account manager.
Note
- Point conversion rates used for each country in a global configuration should be reviewed annually and adjusted for changes in exchange rate or cost of living, if necessary
- Contact your account manager for assistance with annual reviews
How to review point conversion settings (global configuration only)

- Login to your Administrator account
- Click System Settings
- Click Redemption
- Click Configure
- Point conversion rates for each country are listed below the country name and redemption options
