Point conversion rates - global configuration

If you have employees located in multiple countries and are using financial rewards, Point Conversion Rates will be set to account for exchanges rates.

If you are enabling and configuring a redemption card, company reward/swag catalog, or payroll transfer for a country and the point conversion rate is not already setup for you, contact your account manager.

Note

  • Point conversion rates used for each country in a global configuration should be reviewed annually and adjusted for changes in exchange rate or cost of living, if necessary
  • Contact your account manager for assistance with annual reviews

 

How to review point conversion settings (global configuration only)

  1. Login to your Administrator account
  2. Click System Settings
  3. Click Redemption
  4. Click Configure
  5. Point conversion rates for each country are listed below the country name and redemption options
